Tofoil refinery was built in Afghanistan in 2012 through a partnership between citizens of Azerbaijan and Afghanistan, with the primary goal of supplying the Afghan market with high-quality petroleum products while considering environmental concerns. The refinery was built on a 4-hectare land in Hairatan, Republic of Afghanistan. 

With a monthly processing capacity of 15,000 tons of Crude and 12,000 tons of Gas condensate, the refinery utilizes modern technology to convert crude oil into premium diesel, gasoline, kerosene, and furnace fuel oil. Our commitment to advanced refining processes ensures the production of high-quality petroleum products to meet the growing demands of Afghanistan’s market.
