Third Party Claims Administrator

Interhealth Asia (IHA), established by SMN, is the largest Third-Party Administrator (TPA) company in Afghanistan. It operates as a claims facilitator for ICA’s health insurance policies and provides evacuation services to international organizations and compounds in Afghanistan. With a team of 11 employees, including 9 doctors and healthcare professionals, IHA operates from the same office building as ICA. Their 24/7 support line offers medical assistance to over 6,000 health insurance policyholders from more than 15 corporate and international organizations. IHA’s comprehensive services include claims management, patient referrals to healthcare facilities, treatment monitoring, and expert evaluation of claims through a network of over 100 health centers across Afghanistan.
